You will be required to enter a credit card number to HOLD your appointment(s) as we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.This policy states that you agree to call the spa directly if you need to make any changes or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time – if you failed to do so the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.So PLEASE be sure to select a time that works with your schedule and if anything comes up – just give us 24 hours and we will happily reschedule your appointment.
